Soul Searching
I wonder if there is a good book out there about soul searching?
We all do it, right?
I’ve spent the last month or so evaluating where I’m at in my life and realize now that the time has been largely wasted, because I didn’t have a defined process for the searching.
Gonna have a look around for tips on this topic. Let me know if you find any.
Cheers. Victor Paul.
I’m doing a bit of soul searching myself. I managed to lay my hands on an Anthony Robbins Leadership Manual - borrowed from a friend. He has a lovely one page summary of his teaching in this manual. I’ve not done Tony Robbins trainings though I have used his books for several decades now. Friends who have done the trainings give him great credit for their personal development.
He suggests you start with “What is the purpose of life and death”, then going on to one’s identity - who are you and who are you not? then what are your values and the rules you live by. Of course this is a very simplified summary statement.
Hi Harriet,
Thanks for the suggestion. Tony Robbins has to be more of an expert than the goofballs I’ve found writing on the topic online.
Thanks for visiting. I’ll check in at http://www.harrietpenhey.com regularly.
