		<description>I'm doing a bit of soul searching myself. I managed to lay my hands on an Anthony Robbins Leadership Manual - borrowed from a friend. He has a lovely one page summary of his teaching in this manual. I've not done Tony Robbins trainings though I have used his books for several decades now. Friends who have done the trainings give him great credit for their personal development. 

He suggests you start with "What is the purpose of life and death", then going on to one's identity - who are you and who are you not? then what are your values and the rules you live by.  Of course this is a very simplified summary statement.</description>
